Polycystic Kidney Disease and Cancer

Polycystic Kidney Disease means many cysts root and develop in kidneys. Will these cysts be cancerous? There is a tendency that some PKD cases may be at higher risk to develop kidney cancer, but PKD hardly is a direct case of cancer.
PKD is divided into 3 types, which includes:
- dominant PKD (ADPKD)
- autosomal recessive PKD (ARPKD)
- acquired cystic kidney disease (ACKD)
